These terms are the agreement between you and FNDRY39 WEB DESIGN (“FNDRY39”, “we”) for using Homedrawer. By creating an account you accept them. If you are using Homedrawer for a household, you are also responsible for the people you invite following them.
1. What Homedrawer is
Homedrawer is a tool for recording what you own, its warranties, maintenance schedules, documents and — in future — recall notices. It is a record-keeping and reminder service. It is not a warranty, insurance, or a guarantee of anything about your belongings. Reminders and countdowns are calculated from the dates you enter; suggested maintenance schedules are general guidance, not advice for your specific product — always follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Recall information, when available, is drawn from official sources and may be incomplete or delayed; check the source linked.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 and give accurate information. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@homedrawer.com if you believe it has been compromised. You can end every session from Settings.
3. Households and roles
A household has one owner, who can invite up to five other people as admins or members. The owner is responsible for the household, can change roles, remove people, transfer ownership, and delete the household. Admins and members can see everything in the household. Invite only people you trust with that information.
4. Your content
Everything you enter or upload stays yours. You give us only the licence we need to store, display and process it to run the service for you and your household, including sending the reminders you enable. Upload only files you have the right to upload; do not upload anything illegal, malicious, or infringing. File types and sizes are limited (currently PDF and common image formats up to 20 MB).
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Homedrawer to break the law, to attack or probe the service, to access another household’s data, to send spam, or to store content that is abusive or that you do not have the right to store. Do not scrape, reverse-engineer or resell the service. We may suspend accounts that put other users or the service at risk.
6. Price
Homedrawer is currently free. If we introduce paid plans we will tell you in advance, existing data will never be held hostage, and the export and deletion tools will always be free.
7. Privacy
How we handle personal information is in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for Homedrawer to be available at all times but do not guarantee it; we may change, pause or discontinue features. If we ever discontinue the service we will give at least 60 days’ notice and keep the export tool working until the end.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Homedrawer is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including a missed warranty claim, a missed maintenance task, damage to property, or loss of data — please keep your own copies of important documents. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of CA$100 and the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; consumer protection rights that cannot be waived are not affected.
10. Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We can end the agreement on notice if you break these terms or if we discontinue the service (section 8). Sections 4 (licence for content still in shared households), 9, 11 and 12 survive.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Disputes go to the courts of Alberta, except that consumers may bring claims in their home jurisdiction where the law gives them that right. We will always try to resolve problems by email first.
12. General
If any part of these terms is unenforceable the rest stands. We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email and on this page at least 14 days before they apply. Continuing to use Homedrawer after that is acceptance. Contact: hello@homedrawer.com, FNDRY39 WEB DESIGN, Alberta, Canada.
