Start with a photo
Point your phone at the rating plate or the receipt. The brand, model, serial and purchase details are read off it and filled in for you, marked for a quick check. Works on an item you already have, too — one photo, read once, only when you ask.
Warranty countdowns
Every item shows how much coverage is left, in days, with green-to-red urgency and reminders you choose — 12 months out or one week.
Maintenance that remembers
Furnace filters, coils, smoke detectors, gutters. Suggested schedules per item, custom ones for anything, history when you tick them off.
A document vault
Receipts, manuals, warranty PDFs, photos and service records live with the item they belong to — private, and only for your household.
Recall alerts
Your items are checked every day against Health Canada, the US CPSC and the OECD’s international recall portal. A match is a notice in your inbox and a flag on the item itself.
Whole-household access
Invite up to five people. Owners manage, admins organise, members add and complete. Everyone sees the same home — and you can keep more than one.

Type “Samsung” and see every Samsung thing you own. Search by room, brand, model, serial, category or warranty status.
An inventory your insurer will take
One tap makes a PDF of a home, room by room, with photos, serial numbers and what you paid — the document an adjuster asks for after a loss. Everything else exports as JSON, always.

Your household’s data is visible only to the people you invite. Every record is protected by row-level security in the database, documents are stored privately and served through short-lived links, and all of it lives in Canada — backed up every night and kept for 30 days. Sign in with a passkey, with Google or Apple, or with a password. Export or permanently delete everything from Settings. Built in Canada by FNDRY39, a small studio that answers its email.
